What we will explore together...

Over the course of our time together, you will be gently guided through a journey of coming home — to your body, your emotions, and your inner wisdom.

This is not about rushing through steps or becoming someone new.
It is about slowing down, feeling deeply, and creating lasting change from the inside out.

A sacred return to the woman you have always been.

We will move through four intentional phases — Returning, Remembering, Reclaiming, Embodying.
Through breath, bodywork, movement, sound, ritual, and nervous system healing,
you will be supported in reclaiming your wholeness, one layer at a time.

RETURNING

We begin with presence. With slowness. With breath. Before anything can shift, soften, or be released, your body needs to know it is safe.

These first weeks are about laying the foundation — not just in theory, but in your felt experience.

You will begin to rebuild trust with your body and breath, learning how to meet yourself with curiosity instead of control.

This is the quiet re-entry. The part where you stop trying to figure it all out — and begin to feel your way forward.

You will learn to:

✧ Listen to your body’s signals with greater clarity.

✧ Rewire your stress response through breath and awareness.

✧ Understand what felt safety is — and why it is the foundation for healing.

✧Trust your inner cues instead of overriding them.

REMEMBERING

Once safety has been established, we begin to meet what has been stored. Tensions, emotions, old stories, and survival strategies begin to surface — not to overwhelm you, but to be acknowledged and moved.

This is where your body starts to speak louder — through sensation, through movement, through breath. We do not force anything open. We simply create the conditions for what is ready to rise—let the body lead.

You will explore:

✧ Somatic tools to safely express emotions, and shift patterns.

✧ Breath and movement to release stored tensions.

✧ How trauma lives in the body — and how to relate to it differently.

✧ The balance between structure and surrender in your nervous system.

RECLAIMING

Now that you have softened, felt, and begun to release, we reconnect the deeper threads — the intuitive power of the womb, the emotional wisdom of the heart, and the authentic voice of the throat. These are the places where your truth lives — not just as words, but as a way of being.

This phase is about reclaiming what has always been yours: your inner knowing, your voice, and your power to live in alignment with both.

You will reconnect to:

✧ Your womb as a source of creativity, intuition, and feeling.

✧ Your heart as a compass for trust and truth.

✧ Your voice as a channel for authentic self-expression.

✧ The energetic bridge between these centres — through breath, sound, & ritual.

EMBODYING

This final phase is not about doing more — it is about living what you now know. You will anchor everything you have reclaimed into sustainable rhythms and practices that support your body, emotions, and truth — not in a perfect way, but in a real, grounded way.

This is where healing becomes lifestyle. Where transformation becomes integration. Where you return to yourself — not in fragments, but in wholeness. Rooted, clear, and embodied.

You will anchor:

✧ Practice that support your energy and nervous system.

✧ Deeper trust in your body’s cycles and natural rhythm.

✧ Integration practices that honour rest, celebration, and return.

✧ A renewed relationship with your body — steady, honest, and alive.

This journey is about coming home to who you are beneath the noise — reconnecting with your body, building inner safety,
and remembering your power.

What’s Included

Each session weaves together breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system education, and trauma-informed tools to support your unique journey. We ideally meet weekly to support consistency and integration — but if life gets in the way, there’s room to adjust the pace as needed. We move at a pace that feels safe, using practices like body tracking and gentle release to support lasting change.

✧ Weekly Integration Practices
Between sessions, you’ll receive gentle self-practices, somatic reflections, and journaling prompts to support emotional integration, self-inquiry, and building trust in your body’s signals. These tools are simple yet powerful — and with consistency, they become the foundation for lasting, embodied change. This work is most powerful when it continues beyond the session. Your willingness to stay present with yourself — even in the small, quiet moments — is what creates real, lasting change.
