About Unbound Flow
A Return to the Wisdom Within
In today’s fast-paced world, staying connected to ourselves can feel challenging. It’s easy to move through life on autopilot — responding to demands, pushing through stress, and gradually losing touch with our breath, our bodies, and the subtle signals that guide us.
Just as nature moves in cycles and seasons, our bodies are designed to ebb and flow — to expand and contract, rest and mobilise, soften and gather energy. When we move in rhythm with these natural patterns, regulation and resilience become possible.
Unbound Flow is an invitation to return to this natural intelligence. Rather than forcing change or overriding the body, this work invites listening, presence, and reconnection — allowing the nervous system to find safety and flow in its own time.
This work goes beyond stress management or performance optimisation. It’s about empowerment — restoring a sense of ownership over the body and mind, rediscovering the joy of being present, and reconnecting with the body’s innate wisdom.
Our bodies often know what the mind struggles to accept. Developing physical awareness and understanding how the body responds to life’s experiences is a key doorway to meaningful, lasting change.
The Unbound Flow Approach
Connection sits at the centre of this work — connection to breath, body, emotions, nature, and the wider web of life. From this place of connection, growth becomes possible as something that unfolds organically over time.
When we learn to listen, the body reveals its innate wisdom and capacity to regulate, release, and heal.
Everything offered through Unbound Flow is held with deep respect for safety, consent, and individual experience. Healing is not rushed or forced; it happens when the nervous system feels supported, when choice is honoured, and when the body is trusted as a guide rather than something to override or fix.
This work is held with care and attunement — and it may also invite moments of challenge.
At times, edges are explored and familiar patterns gently questioned. You may come up against internal limits, resistance, or places where you begin to sense what feels aligned — and what does not. These moments are not about pushing past boundaries, but about becoming aware of them. Through this awareness, clarity grows — around choice, capacity, and where your own “yes” or “no” lives in the body.
This approach is deeply informed by nature. Just as nature moves through seasons, the body moves through states of activation, rest, expansion, and integration. Honouring these rhythms allows regulation, resilience, and self-trust to emerge naturally.
Hi, I’m Sandra
I’m a Breathwork Facilitator, Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist, Sound Enthusiast, nature and ocean lover, and passionate surfer. My work is shaped by lived experience — moving from disconnection to a more embodied, regulated, and present way of being.
For many years, I lived primarily in my head, disconnected from my body and its signals. Over time, I began to recognise how this disconnection was influencing my wellbeing, my relationships, and the way I moved through the world. Eventually, my body asked for something different — and I began to listen.
Breathwork became the first doorway back into my body. Through this practice, I experienced profound shifts in awareness, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation. What began as personal healing naturally evolved into deeper study, training, and facilitation.
As my relationship with the body continued to deepen, my work naturally expanded beyond the breath. Zenthai Shiatsu offered a way to meet the body through touch, movement, and energetic listening, inviting me to shed more layers and deepen my own embodiment. Alongside the practice itself, I found a beautiful and supportive community that continues to shape how I listen, learn, and hold space.
I truly believe we can only go as deep with someone as we have met ourselves — which is why I remain committed to my own healing journey. This ongoing process continues to inform how I hold space and share the practices that helped me reconnect with my own body, guided by presence, attunement, and deep respect for each person’s unique process.
The Experience Behind my Work
My work as a Breathwork Facilitator is informed by advanced training as a Breathless Master Breathwork Instructor, an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, a Colder Water Immersion Facilitator, and an Apnea Survival Instructor. This allows me to work with the breath across a wide spectrum — from nervous system regulation and emotional processing, to cold exposure, resilience-building, and breath training for surfers and water-based environments. Alongside formal training, my work is grounded in ongoing personal breathwork practice, allowing me to guide from lived experience as well as education, with care for pacing, safety, and individual capacity.
My bodywork practice is rooted in Zenthai Shiatsu, a movement-based holistic therapy that blends mindful touch, rhythmic movement, gentle stretching, joint mobilisation, and fascia release. This integrative approach supports balance in the nervous system, circulation, and energy flow, helping to ease tension, improve mobility, and invite deep relaxation. Zenthai has shaped how I hold space — with attuned presence, gentle listening, and respect for each body’s unique response.
Sound is woven into my work as a supportive and integrative layer. With training in Foundations of Sound Healing, I use sound intentionally to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deeper somatic awareness. When paired with breathwork or bodywork, sound can help soften holding patterns, create a sense of safety, and support emotional integration — allowing the body to settle and respond without effort or force.
