Whether you’re coming to rest, reconnect, or simply gift yourself a day away from the busyness of life, you will be held with care, compassion, and presence. There’s no pressure, no expectation — just space to arrive as you are.

You’ve been showing up, doing all the right things — holding it together, taking care of everyone around you.

But somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with the part of you that longs to pause. To breathe.
To feel held.

This retreat is your invitation to come home to yourself.

There’s something deeply sacred that happens when women gather in circle.
A softening. A remembering. A kind of magic that words can’t quite capture.

We know it can feel vulnerable — especially if you’ve never been part of a women’s space before. But this isn’t about getting it “right” or being anyone but yourself. You’ll be gently guided and supported to take part in the practices and sharing — always at your own pace, and in a way that feels authentic to you.

You may be surprised by how natural it feels to be witnessed, supported, and celebrated by women who are on a journey just like you.

What to Expect

This is not a rigid schedule — it’s a gently guided journey, intuitively paced to meet you where you are and invite you into deeper connection.

We’ll begin your day with a grounding welcome and energetic cleansing, creating space to fully arrive. Our opening circle invites intention-setting and meaningful connection — no pressure, just an invitation to settle into the space.

From there, we’ll move through a nourishing blend of practices and rituals, including:

  • Cacao Ritual – Sip this heart-opening elixir in a shared ritual that invites self-love and deeper connection

  • Nature Walk – Ground into the earth, breathe in fresh air, and tune into the natural rhythm that surrounds and supports you

  • Guided Breathwork – Drop beneath the mental noise and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom; release what no longer serves you and awaken your life force

  • Movement: Explore mindful movement and body awareness practices that free stuck emotions and allow your body to speak its truth.

  • Connection – Be held in the presence of others. Through partner and group practices, you’ll be invited into moments of shared truth, safety, and sisterhood.

  • Elemental Rituals – Work intentionally with Earth, Water, Fire, and Air to harmonise your inner and outer worlds

Throughout the day, there will be time for silence, reflection, journaling, and meaningful connection with others. You'll be nourished with spacious breaks, tea, and a wholesome meal or snacks. You don’t need to be “good at” any of these practices. You don’t need to show up a certain way.

This retreat is about returning to the wisdom of your body — and letting it guide you.

This Is Us - Your Guides

Clara and Sandra have been friends for years, brought together by a mutual friend and bonded through their shared passion for breathwork. Over time, their connection deepened as they supported each other through life’s challenges and personal growth. They trained side by side with Breathless Expeditions to become Master Breathwork Instructors and have since co-facilitated numerous events, workshops, trainings, and women’s circles — guiding hundreds of participants with care, intuition, and presence.

Through joining and facilitating women’s circles, they’ve experienced firsthand the deep impact and power of coming together in sisterhood. This work not only creates shifts for the women they guide — it also continues to heal something within themselves. Both Clara and Sandra spent years in their masculine energy of doing and pushing, and through women’s work, they’ve been reconnecting with their feminine essence. It’s an ongoing journey of softening, balancing, and coming home — a practice that deepens every time they hold space for others.

Sandra

Sandra is a Master Breathwork Instructor, Sound Enthusiast, and nature lover with a deep passion for embodiment practices. She has navigated life’s challenges to deepen her connection with herself, her body, and others. For years, she lived in her head — pushing, achieving, and disconnecting from her feminine energy. Breathwork became her gateway back to presence, emotional release, and a profound mind-body connection, offering her a path to soften, listen, and realign with her inner wisdom.

Her personal healing continues to evolve, and through this work, she is always deepening her own relationship with balance, softness, and embodied strength. Sandra created Unbound Flow from her desire to share these transformative tools with others. Her approach goes beyond stress relief; it’s about true empowerment — reclaiming ownership of the body and mind, rediscovering the joy of presence, and reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we may have long ignored.

Sandra feels most connected and alive when immersed in nature — especially in the ocean, where she finds endless inspiration, play, and deep grounding.

Clara is a Master Breathwork Instructor, Energy, and Somatic Healing Practitioner with a passion for guiding others back to their natural state of balance and vitality.

Blending science-backed techniques with ancient wisdom, Clara helps people reconnect with their bodies, release stored emotions, and restore their energetic flow. With a warm and intuitive approach, she creates transformative experiences that leave you feeling lighter, freer, and deeply aligned—so you can rediscover the joy of truly living in tune with yourself.

Together, we create a space that is soft yet strong — where you can exhale, feel, and come home to yourself.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

    • Pillow (for extra comfort during sessions)

    • Blanket (optional, if you prefer to have your own – we’ll provide some where possible)

    • Journal and pen if you’d like to note down reflections and insights

    • Eye mask to drop in deeper

    • Water bottle

    • Comfortable clothes (for movement and relaxation)

    • Proper walking shoes (for the bush walk)

    We will provide yoga mats, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. 

    We invite everyone to bring a personal item for the altar — something small and meaningful to you (for example, a crystal, piece of jewelry, photo, or another object that holds significance). This will be placed on the shared altar during the retreat and taken home with you afterwards as a reminder of your experience.

  • The retreat takes place on a private property in Ingleside on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, nestled close to beautiful bushland. We will share the exact address and all location details with confirmed participants via a private message before the retreat.

    Parking is available on the property or close by. We recommend arriving by car if possible, and we’re happy to help facilitate ridesharing between participants where we can.

  • Yes! We will provide a wholesome lunch, snacks, and a selection of drinks including cacao, matcha, and tea. We’ll be asking for any dietary requirements ahead of time to ensure everyone feels nourished and cared for.

  • Yes, you are very welcome to join us! We’ll simply need to adjust a few practices to keep you and your baby safe and supported. Breath holds, strong activating breathwork are not recommended during pregnancy, so we’ll guide you through gentler alternatives on the day.

    And don’t worry — there’s so much more to this retreat. From grounding practices to sound healing, connection, and nature time, you’ll still enjoy a deeply nourishing and supportive experience.

  • Breathwork offers many wonderful benefits, but like any practice, it’s important to honour your unique circumstances. Certain health conditions may require caution or mean that some types of breathwork aren’t suitable right now.

    We would love to have you join us; however, your wellbeing and safety are always our highest priority. Breathwork may not be recommended if you have any of the following conditions:

    • Pregnancy (gentler versions are available – please contact us)

    • Detached retina

    • Glaucoma

    • Uncontrolled high blood pressure

    • Cardiovascular issues (e.g., angina, previous heart attack or stroke)

    • Diagnosis of an aneurysm (brain or abdomen)

    • Uncontrolled thyroid conditions or diabetes

    • Asthma (please bring your inhaler if you have one)

    • Epilepsy

    • Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions

    • Recent hospitalisation for a psychiatric condition or emotional crisis (within the last 10 years)

    • Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical condition that could affect your ability to engage in practices that involve deep breathing or emotional release

    This list isn’t exhaustive. If you’re unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, we recommend speaking with your physician or health professional before joining. We’re also happy to chat with you about any concerns and explore whether gentler modifications might be appropriate.
